GenAI Project Operations Manager - TS/SCI

Location: Washington, D.C.; Arlington, VA; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO (On-site required)

Compensation Range: $99,000 – $225,000 (based on experience, location and clearance level)

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher (TS/SCI with polygraph preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• Experience (1+ years for mid-level, 3+ years for senior) in:
• Machine learning models, algorithms, and data structures.
• Building or deploying production-grade ML/AI solutions.
• Working with structured and unstructured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro, CSV, etc.).
• Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, NLP, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing (Spark, Dask, Airflow, Luigi).
• Hands-on experience with data labeling, curation, and model evaluation workflows.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or CISSP).
• Experience in defense technology or AI-focused organizations.
