GenAI Change Manager - BrickRed Systems : Job Details

We are seeking a Change Manager to join our Global Technology Management Office team, focused on driving transformation and adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) across the organization. This role will play a key part in enabling employees to embrace new AI-driven tools and solutions through training, communication, and change management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute change management plans to drive adoption of GenAI tools and solutions.
• Develop and activate training plans, sessions, and materials to raise awareness, minimize disruption, and build confidence in AI usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule sessions, manage communications, and support adoption of GenAI solutions and AI agents.
• Manage communication channels (e.g., Slack, newsletters, office hours) to engage stakeholders, answer questions, and promote success stories.
• Partner with business teams, technology leaders, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective adoption strategies.
• Track adoption progress and support continuous improvement of change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or technology adoption.
• Experience with AI tools and workplace adoption strategies (Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar tools a plus).
• Strong background in training, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
