Job Title: GCP Data Architect

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Data Architect / Solutions Architect to join our team onsite in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience architecting data and AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with additional exposure to Azure considered a plus. Experience with AI tools such as GenAI is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture and AI solutions on GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute cloud data strategies and roadmaps.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, technical solutioning, and proposal development.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Partner with technology providers like Google Cloud and Databricks to align on architecture best practices and innovations.
• Create architectural artifacts, whitepapers, and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have: Proven experience as a Data Architect or Solutions Architect.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying data and AI solutions on GCP.
• Experience with AI tools, preferably GenAI.
• Additional experience in Azure cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong background in pre-sales, solution development, and technical presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners such as GCP and Databricks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in GCP (e.g., Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect).
• Experience working in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
