They obtain pertinent information from each non-resident/guest entering the community, and hands-out promotional materials to prospective guests and residents. Job Duties Greets all visitors, vendors, contractors, residents, and prospective buyers, directing them to their destinations (Essential) Obtains name, license plate numbers, phone number, and email address of each non-resident/guest entering the community. Forwards information obtained to the sales office for follow-up within 24 hours (if applicable) (Essential) Notes all unusual occurrences on the daily log sheets (Essential) Hands-out promotional material to prospective guests and residents Answers the telephone courteously and records pre-call visitor information appropriately.
