Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests. Ensure the consistent implementation of policies and procedures established by the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort and the Condominium Owners Association. The Gate Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors at a condominium community that also operates as a vacation rental resort. The attendant will be stationed in the guard house to monitor entry, greet and assist visitors, and ensure adherence to community policies. This position also involves conducting regular property walks and reporting visible violations to management.
