Gas Director of Operations - MasTec : Job Details

This Director of Operations for Gas is responsible for overseeing the South Central area Natural Gas operations, business unit in the construction of electric power distribution infrastructure, overhead and underground, in order to meet customer expectations and designated timelines. This position supports the Operations team and works with other team members, senior leadership, and personnel from all departments. Responsibilities Lead and direct business unit operations staff in the effective and safe execution of projects. Manage team to meet budgets and schedules and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate and control revenues and costs in order to deliver a profit to MasTec, with ultimate P&L responsibility for the business unit. Develop and prepare short-term and long-range development plans, forecasting initiatives, P&L statistics, and budgets based on corporate goals and objectives.
