Fusion Data Integration Architect – BAU Legacy Integrations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion Data Integration Architect to support Business As Usual (BAU) operations focused on legacy system integrations, data transformations, and conversions. This role will be responsible for designing, building, modifying, and supporting data integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and legacy systems such as Workday, Veradigm, and Meperia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SSIS, and a strong understanding of the data models and data extraction processes of Oracle Fusion, Workday, Veradigm, and Meperia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legacy Integrations – Build & Modify
• Design, develop, and implement data integrations between Oracle Fusion and legacy systems (e.g., Workday, Veradigm, Meperia).
• Modify existing integration workflows and scripts to meet evolving business requirements for data extraction from these systems.
• Leverage ODI and SSIS to transform data into formats compliant with target system data specifications.
• Ensure integration solutions are reliable, scalable, and well-documented.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for ongoing integration issues.
• Troubleshoot data anomalies, connectivity issues, and job failures across the landscape.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve data flow issues.

Legacy System Data Conversions:

• Extract data from legacy ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Veradigm, Meperia, PeopleSoft) as requested.
• Assist in mapping legacy data to Oracle Fusion data structures.
• Develop tools and logging mechanisms to identify unmapped or unmatched data during conversions.
• Support iterative data conversion runs with logging and reconciliation.

Ad Hoc Data Requests & Solutions:

• Fulfill data extraction or transformation requests requiring legacy system expertise.
• Provide maintainable data solutions leveraging deep system understanding.
• Work closely with the customer to understand needs and deliver tailored data services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data integration architecture, preferably in Oracle Fusion environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft data model, especially in ERP domains.
• Proven experience building and modifying system-to-system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple data systems and formats.
• Experience supporting legacy system data conversions and complex transformations.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday, Veradigm, or Meperia data formats and APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware components and integration frameworks.
• Experience with data governance and auditing during transformations.
• Understanding of healthcare, finance, or supply chain processes if relevant.
