Furnance Operator Trainee - Staffmark : Job Details

As a Furnace Operator Trainee, you'll learn to operate and monitor furnaces, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe work environment while working closely with production and quality teams. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Responsibilities: Load and unload parts onto furnace bases and grates. Set up furnace loads using fixtures, ceramics, graphite, and thermocouples. Monitor furnace runs, programs, gauges, and recording instruments. Make necessary adjustments to maintain proper operation. Report non-conformances and work closely with quality and engineering teams. Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and shop equipment. Follow all safety rules and uphold company core values.
