The Role

As part of a market-leading funds practice, you will advise on the full lifecycle of investment funds, including:

• Fund formation and governance, including carry vehicles and portfolio structures.
• Operational and compliance matters throughout the fund's lifecycle.
• Cross-border acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and liquidity/end-of-life solutions.
• Collaborative, multi-jurisdictional mandates with colleagues across the firm's global network.

Your clients will include major onshore law firms, global asset managers, private equity sponsors, and other high-profile market participants.

Requirements

• 3–6 years' PQE in funds and/or corporate law with a leading onshore or offshore firm.
• Admitted in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Excellent drafting, advisory, and client management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with cross-border transactions.
