Overview:

Seeking an experienced Functional Sage X3 Configuration Consultant to lead the setup and configuration of a new Sage X3 ERP system. Reporting to the CIO, this role is crucial for migrating from existing ERP platforms (SAP HANA and SelectLine) to Sage X3.

This is a hands-on, senior functional role focused on configuration, data migration guidance, and efficient implementation, not project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sage X3 configuration across core modules
• Coordinate between internal teams and external implementation partners
• Oversee vendor activities to ensure scope and budget adherence
• Support data migration from SAP HANA and SelectLine
• Configure and optimize processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, BOMs, and Financials
• Manage testing and integration activities
• Maintain a lean approach to maximize ROI

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience configuring Sage X3 modules
• Deep knowledge of Sage X3 architecture: workflows, parameters, tables, screen logic
• Experience with Sage X3 processors, import/export templates, workflow setup
• Proficiency with Sage X3 reporting and integration best practices, especially for international data
• Strong understanding of ERP domains like BOM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing external ERP vendors
• Knowledge of SQL, Sage X3 platform, scripting, or formulas
• Experience with multi-country datasets
