For our business, for clients, and for you Functional HR Business Partner New York City Paramus, New Jersey Description The Functional HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic global partner to the business, providing HR expertise and support to the Commercial Functions. This role will require a deep understanding of business operations, as well as the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals. Job specification

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, using data driven insights and HR expertise, to develop HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent, ensuring the company has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet its goals.
  • Succession Planning: Implement & manage succession planning processes
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness; Promote a culture that reflects the company's values, encourages high performance, and rewards productivity.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning processes, aligning workforce goals with business goals and aligning this to a downstream talent strategy.
  • Global Processes: partner with the business on global HR processes including performance and compensation processes.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Acumen: Understands the business and its challenges, and can translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to think long-term and develop strategies that align with business goals.
  • Influence: Can effectively persuade and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
