Title: Senior Fullstack Web Application Developer IV – Customer Care & Communications Platform Location: Charlotte, NC (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid schedule) Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C and 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered The Fullstack Software Engineer requires demonstrated, hands-on experience with distributed systems design and architecture to build scalable, reliable, and resilient platforms. They will establish coding best practices, conduct constructive peer code reviews, and enable CI/CD and test and release pipelines, working with DevOps team to build and deploy software solutions to AWS. Ideal candidates for this opportunity must be open to learn and contribute to features built using modern technologies. The Fullstack Software Engineer will additionally work on triaging production and integration issues from API consumers. Job Qualifications: 5 years of experience building Restful and GraphQL API with Node.js 5 years of experience building applications and CI/CD pipelines on AWS 5 years of experience with JavaScript, Typescript, or other common design patterns; knowledge of other programming languages or technologies preferred 5 years of experience with relational, key-value, or document databases Strong collaboration, results-orientation, and design thinking abilities Experience/understanding of React/React Native preferred A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C and 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered
