Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain web applications, including application support and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership in UI/UX development across various web applications and CMS-based websites.
• Make independent design decisions, present ideas, and guide team implementation.
• Develop and modify applications following industry best practices and IT PLC methodology.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and requirements artifacts.
• Perform impact analysis, provide accurate estimates, and ensure high-quality deliverables through testing and validation.
• Adhere to security best practices and stay current with technological trends.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 13+ years of hands-on analysis, design, and development experience.
• Certification in Java, J2EE.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with RDBMS/SQL (MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Familiarity with J2EE development tools and application servers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information

This is a senior role reporting to an IT Manager, functioning as an individual contributor without direct reports. The candidate should have experience with agile methodologies and industry-specific applications such as e-commerce.
