Full-Time Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift - ALDI : Job Details

Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week Starting Wage: $22.25 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $23.00 | Year 3 - $23.75 | Year 4 - $23.75 | Year 5 - $24.75

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in conducting inventory counts as per guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to management for process improvements.
• Inspect products and report quality and safety concerns.
• Work independently and collaboratively within assigned responsibilities.
• Support management in achieving budget goals.
• Complete all tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Follow ergonomic program procedures.
• Operate equipment safely while performing job functions.
• Report any product quality and safety issues to management promptly.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for store deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Work continuously in varying temperatures, including extremes in hot and cold environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
