Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns. Promote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as needed. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures. Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
