Our Sales Associates are responsible for making sure that all clients have the best experience when shopping at a FARM Rio store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients by giving excellent customer service
• Sharing FARM Rio knowledge and brand partnerships with clients
• Maintenance of store visuals (light housekeeping)
• Operating registers
• Stock maintenance
• Achieving store daily and monthly goals.

Compensation: 19/hr paid biweekly basis

Commission: team monthly commission based on store total
