Full-Time Ride Mechanic Foreman - Six Flags : Job Details

Job Summary:The Maintenance Division is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic with a working knowledge ofthe following:• Troubleshooting hydraulic components/schematics• Troubleshooting pneumatic components/schematics• Conveyor systems and components• All park rides- General resetting and workings of rides• Various welding procedures and equipment

As a Ride Mechanic Foreman, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Your work will have a direct impact on the guest experience—creating a safe, reliable, and enjoyable environment that keeps families coming back.

The ideal candidate must possess:• 5 years experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment• Completion of an accredited school or four years of mechanical experience with a strongmaintenance background• Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.• The ability to handle multiple tasks/jobs• Excellent people skills• Solid computer skills various computer programs (Word, Excel….)• Full availability to work a variety of shifts – Some weekends and Holidays• Physically able to climb, crawl, lift, and work from heights above ground level on ride structures.
