Full Time Resident Service Coordinator - Volunteers of America : Job Details

Ensures that the residents voice is heard, and their ideas play a prominent role in programming. - Within program guidelines, facilitate and accept referrals on residents from the Property Manager, family members, service providers and the residents themselves. - Assess services needed by residents in the building through surveys, visitations, group meetings, etc. Complete an assessment and collect needed information. Responsible for identifying and serving the unique needs of the resident and utilizing screening and assessment. - Facilitates the delivery of appropriate services for the households as indicated by relevant service modalities through an equity lens. - Provide the residents with information on specific services and/or program providers, giving several options whenever possible.
