WHAT IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF AN FSB RECEPTIONIST?

• Handles initial contact with customers by phone or in person, directs to the appropriate person, or takes messages when necessary.
• Assist with various customer service needs, inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Accurately processing financial transactions and serving as a reliable source of information for customers.
• Assist customers in the lobby with the primary objective to provide friendly, professional, confidential, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
