Position Type: Management/Administrative/Supervisor Date Posted: 7/2/2025 Location: NORTHERN LEBANON Northern Education Center Date Available: 08/11/2025 Status: Full-time Schedule: 8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:00 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year Minimum Annual Salary: $106,568.00 PURPOSE OF POSITION: Responsible for supervision, coordination, and management of assigned program(s) and personnel. Provide leadership regarding curriculum and instruction; assure quality programming for students through collaboration with families, local school districts, and community agencies. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Required: Master's Degree in Education; Active PA Principal Certificate
• Experience Required: Five years of experience working in Special Education
• Other Qualifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and an IU-approved Crisis Management methodology. Ability to work effectively with other professionals, direct staff, organize and communicate effectively by both verbal and written means. Ability to respond and problem-solve quickly.
• Valid Driver's License

• SCM Training (strongly desired but not required) - properly trained in SCM techniques so there is an ability to guide staff and evaluate staff performance.
