Job DescriptionFull-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Grand Forks, North Dakota Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, permanent position with one of our esteemed healthcare partners in Grand Forks, ND. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate therapist to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the rehabilitation of patients. Job Description:

• Evaluate and diagnose physical impairments and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients recover mobility and strength
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the treatment process
• Assist in implementing new therapeutic protocols and enhancing the rehabilitation process

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• North Dakota state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) required
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• 1+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
