Position Summary:

As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional personalized care to our residents, assisting them in their daily activities according to their individual service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to residents with daily needs, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining assistance, and mobility help.
• Engage residents through meaningful interactions, conversation, and participation in activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care is provided to all residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while assisting residents in keeping their living spaces tidy.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience and a genuine passion for working with senior populations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Must be in good physical and emotional health and free from communicable diseases.
