• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs to and from terminals and gates
• Provide directions, assistance, and excellent customer service
• Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents, document trips, and report any incidents
• Ensure a safe and welcoming airport experience for all travelers

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stay physically active throughout your shift
• Reliable communication and transportation
• Willingness to complete all required training and background checks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (may be required depending on location)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Professional appearance: no facial piercings; no visible tattoos below the wrist or above the neck
• Must pass all required background screenings
