Full-Time Nanny (Infant Care) – Dallas, TX
A loving family in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable and experienced full-time nanny to care for their first baby girl, due in late November. The family is looking for someone dependable, proactive, and positive who can handle challenges calmly and take initiative. A warm, easy-going personality is important. They would love a nanny who becomes part of the family and provides consistent, loving care for their daughter.
This is a long-term, live-out position ideal for a nurturing, proactive, and bilingual nanny who loves infants and dogs. The nanny will begin in late January 2026 when the mother returns to work.
Schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7 AM – 6 PM
Thursday & Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM
(Mondays off; the grandmother may also be present to help at times)
4-day work week, full-time hours, Guaranteed 40 hours
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $28–$32 (depending on experience)
2 weeks paid vacation
2 sick days + 2 personal days
6 paid holidays
Long-term position (minimum 1–1.5 years)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide loving, attentive care for an infant (starting at 3 months old)
Maintain a clean and organized nursery and baby areas during the day
Handle light baby-related housekeeping: washing bottles, loading dishwasher, folding baby laundry
Support developmental milestones with engaging, age-appropriate activities
Travel flexibility a plus (family travels internationally; trip to Paris planned for Fall 2026)
Comfortable around dogs (family has three small friendly dogs)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR & First Aid certified
Fully vaccinated (Covid, Flu)
Valid passport (for travel opportunities)
Valid driver's license (for commuting; no driving required during work hours)
Own car for commuting to the home
Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish or Mandarin ideal)
Must love dogs (and must not own cats, due to allergies)
Minimum 1 year professional nanny experience with infants
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
Comfortable working in a home with occasional family presence and other household staff
