Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Keep accurate and timely documentation of client progress, adhering to established procedures.
• Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with agency staff and community organizations to assess and meet the case management needs of clients.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to crises effectively to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Program Development: Contribute to the advancement of behavioral health programs at our clinic.
• Clinical Supervision: Engage in regular supervision to support your professional growth.
• Compliance: Follow clinic policies and procedures to maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance.
• Community Outreach: Participate in outreach initiatives to promote mental health resources and services available at Sun River Health.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings is essential.
• Strong dedication to community mental health.
• Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attractive salary range of $69,342.00 - $75,790.63 per year based on your qualifications and experience.
