Full Time Janitorial - ServiceMaster : Job Details

Do you take pride in your work, stay on top of details, and thrive when working independently? We're looking for a Full-Time Floater to join our commercial cleaning team and help keep client locations in top shape across the Dupage County area. This position includes a mix of cleaning, supply deliveries, and assisting with the onboarding and training of new staff members. A company vehicle will be provided for use during your shift, and you'll work in diverse environments such as offices, banks, and schools.

Main Duties:

• Perform cleaning tasks at multiple customer sites.
• Drive between assignments using a company-provided vehicle.
• Deliver equipment and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Help train new team members on company standards and cleaning procedures.
• Provide coverage for sites experiencing staffing shortages or employee absences.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to quality.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly.

Position Requirements:

• Current driver's license with a clean driving history (required).
• Ability to pass a background check and confirm employment eligibility.
• MondayFriday availability, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, with occasional weekend/overtime work.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform hands-on cleaning work.
• Willingness to drive throughout Dupage County.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles.
• Experience training or leading small teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
