If you're reliable, love variety, and are ready to take your janitorial skills on the road - this is the role for you! Position Details:

• Title: Flex Janitorial Team Member
• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Hours may vary depending on location)
• Location: Chattanooga, TN - Downtown area

What You'll Be Doing:

• Travel between client's sites in downtown area, as needed
• Keeping assigned areas spotless: offices, lobbies, stairwells, hallways, restrooms, and more
• Emptying trash and cleaning all surfaces, including elevator cabs
• Outdoor tasks like sidewalk sweeping, trash pickup, and pressure washing
• Occasional light maintenance and project-based cleaning
• Flexing your skills across multiple sites with pride and professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel between sites
