The Primary Janitor/Maintenance Position assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping/mopping
• Detailed cleaning: equipment/behind equipment, windows, walls, floors, offices, restrooms, etc.
• Filtering oil fryers
• Maintaining outside grounds/light landscaping
• Unloading bi-weekly deliveries
• Emptying/taking out trash
• Changing light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

*This position is generally an early morning through early afternoon shift. A waiting period may apply for benefits such as paid time off, access to health insurance, etc. Full background check is required.
