Job DescriptionFull-Time ICU Registered Nurse - Ozark, AL Are you a compassionate and experienced ICU nurse seeking a meaningful full-time role in a supportive and collaborative environment? Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing partner, is currently seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a leading healthcare facility in Ozark, AL. Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans
• Provide support and education to patients' families regarding care and recovery
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact license)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Required within 6 months of hire
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
