Full Time Hourly Warehouse Associate - Target Stores : Job Details

Join our dynamic team today as a Warehouse Associate! We offer competitive wages ranging from $22.00 to $25.50/hr based on shift, which includes hourly pay plus premiums. Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for wage increases approximately every 6 months for up to 36 months. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 5:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-1:00am
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 5:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-1:00am

As a Warehouse Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Following all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participating in safety training to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Accurately packing, loading, and shipping items to our stores and customers.
• Efficiently handling freight and managing inventory logistics.
• Maintaining a neat and organized work area.
• Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Engaging in problem-solving to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Fostering a positive and respectful work atmosphere while collaborating with team members.

Requirements for this role include:

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing between 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Capacity to push utility carts and handle equipment to move items safely.
• Physical endurance to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as needed during shifts.
• Able to work at heights of up to 40 ft. when necessary.
• Competent in basic math skills and reading product documentation accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, if applicable.
