Delphi Healthcare, a physician-owned and managed organization with over 25 years of experience in emergency and hospital medicine, is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Massena Hospital in Upstate New York.

This is a permanent, on-site opportunity with a 7 on / 7 off day shift schedule in a supportive, low-volume hospital setting.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off – day shifts only
• Rate: $75–$80/hour
• Supplemental Compensation: $25,000 annual expense account
• Facility: Full range of medical specialties & diagnostics
• Malpractice: Coverage provided, including tail
• Other Benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• Required Certifications: ACLS; NYS license required
• Additional: Suboxone training required (care includes small detox unit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, and assess patient conditions
• Maintain detailed in-patient records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver patient-centered care in both hospitalist and detox unit settings
