Full Time Dispatcher - Utah State University : Job Details

Receive and process non-emergency administrative phone calls from the public requesting police, fire, medical, security or other services. Gather essential information from callers, interpret caller's needs, then determine and send the appropriate response. Must be organized, adept at multi-tasking, level-headed, and trustworthy. This office operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Expected work hours full time Monday through Friday 6 a-2 p with overtime as needed. This is a salary non-exempt benefited position.
