Full-Time Dental Assistant - Sun River Health : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients, notifying providers of their arrival.
• Monitor and update patient charts accurately, including daily logs and radiographs.
• Record and manage patient appointment data to collect vital monthly dental statistics.
• Take and process radiographs as instructed by dentists or hygienists.
• Assist dental professionals with various patient care activities.
• Adhere to OSHA standards for infection control and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage supplies and instruments in the dental operatory efficiently.
• Process dental laboratory tasks including managing cases and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance of sterilization equipment on a regular schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED required.
• A vocational/technical school diploma is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is essential.
