Join Our Team as a Full Time Dental Assistant!

Sun River Health is dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to everyone in our community, particularly those who are underserved and vulnerable. We are a Federally Qualified Non-Profit Health Center serving multiple counties, and we're looking for a talented Dental Assistant to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and notify providers of their arrival.
• Maintain and update patient charts and records accurately.
• Document daily appointment statistics to ensure accurate reporting.
• Take and process radiographs as per dentist/hygienist requests.
• Support dentists and hygienists during various patient care activities.
• Adhere to OSHA infection control standards and protocols.
• Manage supplies and instruments within the dental operatory.
• Oversee dental laboratory processes and monitor lab cases.
• Assist in maintaining sterilization equipment as per scheduled procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Vocational/Technical School or Diploma Program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
