We are currently seeking a Full-time Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our team!

Position Overview As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and hygienists while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing operatory rooms and maintaining compliance with health standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and inform providers of their arrival.
• Maintain and update patient records; document visits, treatment plans, and radiographs accurately.
• Record daily appointment data to help collect dental statistics.
• Assist with taking and processing radiographs under the direction of the dentist/hygienist.
• Support dentists/hygienists during patient care procedures.
• Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control and safety.
• Manage supplies and instruments in the dental operatory.
• Oversee dental laboratory functions and process instruments.
• Conduct routine maintenance of sterilization equipment as per established protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical School or Diploma Program.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a dental assistant role.
• Skills: Bilingual in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
