Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial Date Posted: 7/18/2024 Location: Maintenance Department PRIMARY PURPOSE: Follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: Ability to follow, read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures. Special knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic techniques for minor building repairs. Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance. Ability to operate, maintain, and lift all cleaning equipment.
