Domain Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the Cards domain with a strong understanding of issuer, merchant, and scheme (Visa/MasterCard) relationships.
• Understanding of dispute lifecycle and experience in disputes management, specifically interactions with schemes.
• Client-facing experience, including external audits.
• Experience in credit card-related case management (disputes, complaints) and workflow management.

Technology (Optional):

• PEGA or BPM exposure
• Java/JEE, SQL/Query language
