From day one, you'll help design, maintain, and expand the tools that make our engineering and field operations faster, smarter, and more effective.Build the internal tech that makes the power grid smarter, cleaner, and more reliable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and maintain custom web apps and databases used by our engineers, clients, and field teams

• Build clean, scalable interfaces and APIs to manage system data, documentation, and reporting

• Work closely with engineers and technicians to turn real-world workflows into fast, reliable tools

• Configure, maintain, and evolve our development and project infrastructure (servers, firewalls, etc.)

• Own applications end-to-end:database, backend, frontend, and deployment

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development

• Proficiency with modern web frameworks

• Comfort working across the full stack, using a variety of tools (i.e. PostgreSQL, Node, Express, Next, React, etc.)

• A mindset for clean design and well-documented code

• Bonus: experience with data visualization, IT/OT support, lightweight GIS, or SCADA integration
