Full Stack .Net Developer - 22nd century technologies : Job Details

Position Overview:

• The FBI is seeking a skilled and security-cleared Full Stack .NET Developer to support mission-critical systems in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidate will work on the development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise applications that support federal law enforcement and national security efforts.
• This role involves the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The developer will work closely with other software engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure .NET based applications (ASP.NET Core, C#)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and services
• Build responsive and interactive front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
• Integrate with backend data systems using Entity Framework, SQL Server, and other data technologies
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Support CI/CD processes using tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, systems engineers, and database administrators
• Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS (willing to get SCI/CI poly)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including:

o ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+ / C#

o JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue)

o SQL Server, T-SQL, and ORM tools like Entity Framework

• Experience with source control tools (Git), Agile development, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with security best practices in software development, especially in federal environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (GovCloud experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
• Experience working within secure or classified government environments
