Requirements
Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to clean code principles and agile methodologies.
- Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and contribute to long-term platform strategy.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices are in place for continuous delivery and reliability.
Required Skills: Web Application Development: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and Angular
- Strong understanding of server-side languages like Node.js and Python
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
DevOps: - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Good to have knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Cloud Technologies: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of cloud services including compute, storage, and networking.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
Desired Skills: - Database Management:
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Jest, or Mocha.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end full stack development projects in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
