Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure,and high-performing web applications using modern front-end and back-endtechnologies.
• Developand maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability,and security.
• Lead and mentor a teamof full stack developers across the entire software development lifecycle,from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams including product managers, designers, DevOps, andQA to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide code reviews,enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to clean code principles andagile methodologies.
• Drive technicaldiscussions, make architectural decisions, and contribute to long-termplatform strategy.
• Proactively identify andresolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
• Ensure proper CI/CDpipelines and automated testing practices are in place for continuousdelivery and reliability.

Required Skills:

Web Application Development:

• Strongunderstanding of server-side languages like Node.js and Python
• Experiencewith RESTful APIs and web services.

DevOps:

• Hands-onexperience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Proficiencyin containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration toolslike Kubernetes.
• Goodto have knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experiencewith cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understandingof cloud services including compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiaritywith cloud security best practices.

Desired Skills:

• DatabaseManagement:
• Experiencewith SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, orDynamoDB.
• Testingand Quality Assurance:
• Familiaritywith automated testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Jest, or Mocha.
• SoftSkills:
• Strongproblem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
• Abilityto work in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experiencein software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadershiprole.
• Proven experienceleading end-to-end full stack development projects in Agile environments.
• Excellent communicationskills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
