Full Stack Engineer - TTC Advisory Co. : Job Details

My Client is a Series A AI startup reimagining workflows for professionals through intelligent automation in marketing tech fields.

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who's excited to take ownership of core product experiences, experiment rapidly with the latest in AI, and help shape the direction of a high-impact platform.

$15.00/yr - $30.00/yr

• Work closely with product, design, and data teams to translate user problems into technical solutions that actually deliver value
• Rapidly prototype with AI models (RAG pipelines, video/image processing, or task-specific agents) and continuously test them in production
• Use experimentation (e.g. A/B tests, cohort analysis) to drive growth and optimize performance
• Help shape architecture and infrastructure decisions as the platform scales

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience, with solid full-stack skills (React + Node.js preferred)
• Product-oriented mindset: You think beyond code and care about user impact
• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or data pipelines in production
• Strong judgment: you know when to move fast and when to build for scale
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to work with teammates across time zones (1–2 evening calls per week expected)

• Built and launched side projects or internal tools with AI components
• Experience with video, media, Ads, or content-focused platforms
• Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred, as the role involves regular collaboration with teammates across Asia.
