Role: Founding Full-Stack Product Engineer

Salary: Up to $240K base + meaningful equity

With enterprise traction just months after launch and a product already deployed in major health systems, they're now looking for a Founding Full-Stack Product Engineer to join their engineering-first team in San Francisco.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-stack features end-to-end across a modern stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Postgres, AWS)
• Collaborate directly with users - from clinicians to care teams to build high-impact solutions that improve patient care
• Deploy rapidly, shadow users in the field, gather feedback, and iterate fast
• Help shape engineering standards, product direction, and company culture from the ground up
• Be part of a small, elite team solving real problems at scale

The ideal candidate:

• 5-7 years of experience building user-facing products
• Strong across the stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, Postgres, Docker, AWS (or equivalents)
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast decision-making, and direct user interaction
• Bonus points for experience with EHR systems, healthcare data, or design systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $140K–$240K
