• User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for users, capable of analyzing workflows and developing intuitive interfaces to address user needs. Experience with Figma mock-ups and wireframes is a plus.
• Frontend Development Expertise: Skilled in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript with experience working on React component libraries to transform designs into functional code.
• AI Familiarity: Experience tinkering with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG systems, with a strong drive to integrate the latest AI research into products.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to iterate quickly, adapt to feedback loops, and build scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Modern Tech Stack Knowledge: Proficient in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Python.

Our client offers a competitive salary ranging between $120,000 and $200,000, alongside generous equity grants. For non-NYC residents, relocation support is available.
