As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Full Stack Developer. What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a full-time Full Stack Developer to join our innovative IT team at Twin City Foods, Inc. This remote role, based in Washington State, focuses on developing and maintaining internal productivity and analytics tools, as well as implementing third-party solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in C# .NET Core Razor, SQL databases, and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), with a strong foundation in back-end development. Experience with PHP, WordPress, or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI) is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools like n8n or Power Automate. We value detail-oriented problem-solvers with excellent communication skills who can translate business needs into technical solutions and thrive under tight deadlines. Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in web development, particularly with C# .NET Core Razor, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Strong SQL database scripting and development.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and implementation in web projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and other O365 products.
Preferred Experience: • EDI development and management. • Reporting tool experience such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, and DOMO. • Experience with AI workflows such as n8n or Power Automate Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Essential Physical Abilities: Ability to sit at an office desk with sufficient vision and physical dexterity to use PC desk top system for up to eight hours. Ability to use standard functions of office equipment (PC, calculator, fax, printer, scanner, copier, smart phone, etc.). Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 40 pounds for use in day-to-day job functions. Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permit the employee to have access to various work sites throughout the facilities. Ability to travel to other TCF company locations or industry events to conduct and participate in on-site meetings. May require overnight travel. Travel for this role is estimated at 5%-15%. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain internal productivity and analytics tools using C# .NET Core Razor, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) to support manufacturing operations. • Integrate and customize third-party out-of-the-box solutions, including ERP systems and APIs, to enhance business processes and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with stakeholders via Microsoft Teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with company objectives. • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices, with thorough testing to ensure reliability and performance. • Support and optimize SQL databases through scripting and development to enable robust data management and reporting. • Provide documentation and ongoing maintenance for developed tools and integrations. • Stay current on modern technologies, including AI platforms and automation tools, to propose innovative solutions for process improvements. *Selected employees will be required to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen and E-Verify*Benefits of a Full Stack Developer • Competitive Wages, Range $90,000-$120,000 per year • Exempt Position • Excellent Benefit Package o Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. o Flexible Spending Account o Life, AD&D and LTD Insurance. o Paid Holidays-10 paid holidays per year. o Paid Time Off- 20 days per year, prorated based on month hired. o 401K Retirement Plan.
