Full Stack DeveloperColumbia Vehicle Group Inc., is seeking reliable, team- oriented individuals to join our team in Aiken, SC. We believe in promoting from within.The Opportunity:We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and improving our Enterprise Resource Planning System that is used to support our manufacturing operations, sales, and customer service. You will work on everything from databases to module creation to python integrations. You will report directly to the IT manager who oversees all IT operations but you will be expected to be self-sufficient and a problem-solver.Key Responsibilities:●Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives● Implement and manage databases, including creating schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.● Analyze capabilities of existing ERP product to develop further enhancements mainly in Python● Create new modules as needed for the ERP system● Create and edit APIs as needed● Automate tasks and processes using appropriate tools and scripting.● Review, debug, and optimize code for quality, performance, and maintainability.● Participate in validation and verification testing.● Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.● Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in development. Required Qualifications:● Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
● 3+ years of software development experience, with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies● Solid understanding of software, hardware, networks, and security fundamentals● Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. permanently Desired Qualifications:● Extensive experience with Python, HTML, and ERP systems● Experience creating RESTful APIs● Skilled in SQL and able to work with PostgreSQL● Experience in CI/CD pipelines● Experience with Odoo ERP● Linux experience
