This role involves building both the responsive frontend using Angular 18 and Kendo UI and the backend Web APIs using .NET Core 8 and Entity Framework. The candidate will be expected to follow industry best practices in security, accessibility (including testing via LambdaTest), and cross-browser compatibility.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our agile team on a fast-paced, time-critical web application project. Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular 18 and Kendo UI, ensuring mobile and cross-device compatibility.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable .NET Core 8 Web APIs using C# and Entity Framework Core.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.
- Work with SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, and managing schema changes.
- Use LambdaTest to ensure accessibility compliance and cross-browser functionality across devices and platforms.
- Adhere to OWASP Top 10 security standards and implement secure coding practices.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend components.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and collaborative tasks.
- Use TFS for version control and collaborate on build/release processes for CI/CD.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation, maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expertise in Angular 18+ and Kendo UI, with strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in .NET Core 8, C#, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with LambdaTest, WCAG guidelines, and accessibility testing.
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security principles.
- Experience with TFS and CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Jira.
- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying applications to IIS or Docker containers.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and UI/UX design principles.
Additional Provisions
- Must obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
- Pass client-mandated clearance including drug screening, criminal, and credit checks.
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, with at least 5 years residency in the US.
- No more than 6 months travel outside the US in the past five years (excluding military service).
