Who We're Looking For

You are a senior-level, 360° recruiter with a strong track record in agency recruitment and proven ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle: from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A history of successfully running a 360° desk, with experience closing deals independently
• A strong client and candidate network, particularly in the tech or professional services sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and the drive to build your own desk without a base salary
• Experience or connections in the Austin, TX market (preferred but not required — we welcome experienced recruiters in all locations)
