We are working with a well established accounting firm in the Destin/Fort Walton area that is looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their team. Position details: Qualifications

• Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Software: QuickBooks Online, MS Office, Outlook
• Must be comfortable in a client facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the monthly bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Supervision of accounting staff
• Manage client relationships
• Review financial statements & account reconciliations
• Prepare/Review journal entries & general ledger accounts for input accuracy
• Accurate review & preparation of payroll reports, sales tax reports & expense reports
