Candidate will be required to use a meter machine, folding machine, inkjet, and all other relevant equipment to assist in large mailing projects. Experience with basic Excel and Word skills. Familiarity with UPS WorldShip is a plus. Attention to detail is also very critical. Job Description Fulfillment Mail Associate About The Role As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform data entry tasks to update automated records and ensure the accuracy of work. You will be responsible for batching documents, keying data from source documents, and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.
• Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc)
• Operating mailing, copy or scanning equipment
• Shipping & Receiving
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Scanning incoming mail to recipients
• Perform file purges and pulls
• Create files and ship files
• Provide backfill when needed
• Enter information daily into spreadsheets
• Identify charges and match them to billing
• Sort and deliver mail, small packages
• Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
• Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
• Experience with data entry is desirable.
• Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.
• Previous experience with data entry is advantageous.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
• Experience running mail posting equipment a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Lifting up to 55lbs with or without accommodations
• Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

The pay range for this position starts at $18/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
